The Entrance Surf Lifesaving Clubhouse facilities are available for any celebrations from birthday parties* to weddings and including reunions.
The facilities available also cater for corporate functions and seminars.
The Entrance Surf Club is uniquely located over the golden sands of our beach and is open to 180' views of the Pacific Ocean and its coastline.
The function room area is spacious, with high vaulted timber ceiling and exposed beams. The main hall opens onto the lounge area, complete with bar, with views over the beach. The fully self contained kitchen contains large oven, microwave, food warmers, large fridge and preparation areas.
The Entrance Surf Club house facilities are enhanced with ample parking allowing for ease of access to all the facilities available.

Hall hire rates for 2014 are $880.00 per night, this includes 2 bar staff for 5 hours.
Must have two staff at functions at all times. Should you require staff for a longer function an additional hourly charge will apply (currently $25 per hour per staff member)
A bond of $1,000.00 is required and will be refunded upon satisfactory conduct of your function. A cleaning fee of $165.00 will apply and can be deducted from the bond.
A non-refundable Deposit of $330.00 is required at the time of booking. All monies into account one month prior to function.
Access to the hall is available from 9am to 12 midnight. Bar service and music must cease at 11.30pm, with all patrons to exit the premises by midnight.
All prices include 10% GST.
Hourly rate for commercial functions or small functions $132.00 per hour (3 hour minimum) plus $165.00 cleaning fee.
* 18th and 21st birthday party bookings are generally not accepted.
